Thank you to everyone who ordered pies for Thanksgiving! We appreciate your patience and understanding with us while we initiated a Covid conscious drive-thru service. This month, we will use the same “curbside” service for holiday orders to maintain a safe environment for our customers and staff members.

Below are some frequently asked questions surrounding the holiday week at Sydney’s Sweet Shoppe.
- What Will the Pie Drive-Thru Look Like?
The Pie Drive-Thru will be conducted in the back of our pie shoppe as our front door will be closed and locked with signage directing everyone to drive around the building. We will have a canopy tent set up where guests may pull up in their vehicles and give us their names or confirmation numbers for their orders.2. What Are The Shoppe Hours During The Week of Christmas?
Sydney’s Sweet Shoppe will NOT be open to the public during the week of the Christmas holiday (12/20-12/27). All pies will be baked and served via the PIE DRIVE-THRU at our pie Shoppe (8969 E. Tanque Verde Rd, Ste 209).
Sunday, December 20th: CLOSED
Monday, December 21st: CLOSED
Tuesday, December 22nd: CLOSED FOR BAKING (closed to the public)
Wednesday, December 23rd: CLOSED FOR BAKING (closed to the public)
Thursday, December 24th: PIE DRIVE-THRU OPEN (located in the back of our pie shoppe) from 11 am-5 pm.
Friday, December 25th- Monday, December 28th: CLOSED
HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Tuesday, December 29th: OPEN for business
3. Other Than the Pie Drive-Thru, Will Anything Else Be Different This Year for Christmas?
Yes – We will not be able to offer Walk-in Pies for the Christmas season. The last day to purchase slices and/or pickup pre-paid orders is Saturday, December 19th.
Due to the nature of our DRIVE-THRU, we will only be serving guests who have PRE-ORDERED.
Pre-orders are REQUIRED.
4. What Flavors Are Available for Christmas?
All flavors will be available for purchase other than our seasonal spring pies.
5. When Do I Order My Holiday Pies?
We will start taking orders on Tuesday, December 1st at 12 pm. You may order online, over the phone, or in person. All pies must be paid for at the time of ordering. Orders will CLOSE Monday, December 21st at 5 pm. Any order that is received after 5 pm will not be accepted and you will receive a refund.

Select your flavors, number of pies, and then select your pickup date and time. You will receive an email with your order confirmation receipt.
Over the Phone: Select your flavors, number of pies, and then select your pickup date and time. A staff member will take your payment over the phone and text or email your receipt.
In-Person: Select your flavors, number of pies, and then select your pickup date and time. You will pay in person to confirm your order and will receive a receipt of your choosing, via text or email.
Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we ask that when your order your pie(s), you choose your pick-up date and time carefully. Once Christmas Week Pie Orders close, this information cannot be altered, edited, refunded, canceled, or replaced. No exceptions, please.
6. Will Pie Slices or “Mix & Match 4 Packs” Be Available For Purchase Christmas week?
Unfortunately, slices of pie or Mix & Match 4 packs will NOT be available for purchase. However, we will be offering Half Pies and 9″ pies.
