The last call for Thanksgiving Pre-Orders will be Wednesday, November 15th. To order by phone, please call (520) 777-7133.
Pies ordered online not within our ‘Thanksgiving Pre-Order Menu’ are not eligible for pickup. They will be cancelled and refunded.
We will be open from 8 AM – 12 PM for last minute in-store or phone orders. After 12 pm, Sydney’s Sweet Shoppe will be closed to the public to begin our holiday preparations.
Once you’ve ordered, you will receive an email confirmation for the order. To ensure a smooth pickup process for every customer, please have this information ready at pickup.
PICK-UP DATE:
To ensure freshly made pies for our customers, all pies will be ready for pickup Wednesday, November 22rd using our Pie Drive-Thru. The Drive-Thru will be open from 7 am until 12 pm.
Your email confirmation may be used at pickup. To ensure a smooth pickup process for every customer, please have either the name for the order or order number available.
PICK-UP LOCATION:
The Pie Drive-Thru is located at 8969 E Tanque Verde Rd Ste 209, Tucson, AZ 85749, in the back of our Shoppe. You must enter from the east side of the shopping complex, off Catalina Highway. Please follow the signs, balloons, and tents for pie pickup. You will exit the Pie Drive-Thru from the West side, off Bear Canyon.

ORDER POLICIES
- Prices are always subject to change.
- All non-holiday online orders require at least 48 hours notice unless ordered through our Next Day phone service.
- Pickup is available at our shop located at 8969 E Tanque Verde Rd, Ste 209.
- Orders cannot be adjusted or changed once payment is received.
- Pre-ordered pies that are not picked up will NOT be re-made. No exceptions.
- Mix & Match’ 4 packs & 3″ Party Pies are not available to purchase during holidays periods. Orders will be cancelled if placed near holidays.
- We do not offer refunds
